Welcome to Meshfree and Finite Element Methods with Applications registration page. Fill out the registration form below and submit with payment for your registration to be complete.
There are two ways to pay for your registration and hotel rooms.
1. Registration fee only. You may pay for your registration fee only and book your hotel separately. The hotel rates and online booking are found at http://mfem2020.usacm.org/accommodations.
2. Registration/Hotel Package. Alternatively, you may pay for your hotel and registration fee as a package with a significant discount on your registration fee. Details on these rates may also be found at http://mfem2020.usacm.org/registration. If more than three nights are required, write to us at [email protected]. This option will not be available after September 9.
A few items to note:
Registration types: Full registration includes researchers, faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and anyone else who is attending as a non-student. The student registration is for graduate students in a degree-seeking program. A student ID will be required with your registration.
Payments may be made by credit card or wire transfers. Payments by credit card will appear as WPY*USACM on the credit card statement Wire transfers will incur an additional $50 fee. Wire transfer payments may only be made until August 15, 2022.
Refunds will be made until August 31 for a $50 cancellation fee. Requests must be made in writing and mailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be given beginning September 1.
