IMPORTANT. Please read before registering.
Registration includes the following:
- The participant registration fee covers the conference abstracts and program, access to all technical sessions, the welcome and poster session receptions, refreshment breaks, lunch and conference app.
- Early and late registration fees may be found on the conference website.
Online Registration
- The presenting author must register by September 1; otherwise, the abstract will be removed from the program.
- Students registering will be asked to verify their student status by uploading an image of their student photo id or other documentation.
- If you select "Accompanying Person", note that this cannot be another conference participant. It does not include access to the technical sessions and only includes the opening reception and banquet.
- If you are a presenting author, you will need to your abstract number to register.
- The preferred method of payment is by credit card. However, if you need to pay by check or wire transfer, select "offline" in the billing section and details will be provided. Note that there is a $50 charge to pay by wire transfer. Offline payments must be received by the end of the standard registration period. There will be no wire transfer or check payments during the late registration period.
Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing. You may write to [email protected].
- At least six weeks prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund will be issued.
- Less than six weeks, but at least three weeks, prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund minus a $100 administrative charge will be issued.
- Less than three weeks prior to the first day of the event, or you do not attend the event, no refund will be issued.
