Early registration: February 1 - April 4, 2022 (presenting authors should register by April 4). This is an extension from the previous date of March 31.
Standard registration: April 5 - May 31, 2022
Late registration: June 1 - June 24, 2022
Banquet. The banquet is not a part of the general registration fee; registered participants of the congress may purchase one for an additional $50 charge. The banquet will be held on Thursday, June 23.
Banquet tickets for unregistered guests may also be purchased for $75.
Accompanying persons may come to both the opening registration and the banquet by purchasing a ticket for $125. Note that an accompanying person may not be a congress participant and will not have access to the technical sessions or plenary speaker sessions.
Payments may be made by credit card or wire transfers. Payments by credit card will appear as WPY*USACM on the credit card statement Wire transfers will incur an additional $50 fee.
Refunds will be made until May 31 for a $50 cancellation fee. Requests must be made in writing and mailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be given beginning May 31.
A Women's Networking Event will take place during the congress. Details will be forthcoming, however we ask that you indicate your interest in attending in the registration form.
