Registration Information - IMPORTANT. Please read before registering.
Registration includes the following:
- Access to all sessions and conference materials
- EMI-only membership (for "Non-Member Registration") until December 31, 2022
- Early and late registration fees may be found here.
Online Registration
- Presenting authors must complete their registration and submit payment by April 30 in order to guarantee a place in the program.
- We are asking all presenting authors to submit a small photo of yourself (500x500 pixels; jpg or png) for placement next to your presentation in the virtual platform. When you select "Presenter" for Participation, you will be asked for your abstract number and there will be a place to upload your photo. Please note that a photo is not required, but is encouraged. The abstract number is required.
- Students registering will be asked to verify their student status by uploading an image of the student photo id.
- If a cancellation is necessary, refunds must be requested by May 10. No refunds will be given after May 10. There will be a $75 administrative fee for all refunds.
- If you are a presenting author, you will need to your abstract number to register.
- The preferred method of payment is by credit card. However, if you need to pay by check or wire transfer, select "offline" in the billing section and details will be provided. Note that there is a $50 charge to pay by wire transfer. Offline payments must be received by the end of the regular registration period. There will be no wire transfer or check payments during the late registration period.
According to EMI policy, each abstract must be accompanied by a separate registration in order to be included in the technical program. Multiple abstracts cannot be associated with a single registration.
Refund requests due to cancellation must be made in writing to emi-asce.org by May 20. All refund requests will be reviewed after the conference. No requests will be considered if they are received after May 20.
